Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
During peak periods or collection launches, processing may take slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.

Free standard shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $75 USD (before tax and discounts).

Estimated transit time for standard shipping is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase — we are unable to modify orders once they have begun processing.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

All duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay duties, we may issue store credit only for the returnable portion of the order (less original shipping).

Shipping fees are non-refundable on international orders.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has shipped, CLOTHIQUE is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or weather-related disruptions.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

Check with neighbors, front desks, or mailrooms

Contact the shipping carrier directly
CLOTHIQUE is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
