Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase from CLOTHIQUE. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns for eligible items purchased through our online store. Please review the full details below before initiating a return.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 21 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, scents, and pet hair.

  • All original tags must be attached and intact.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

  • Returns that do not meet these requirements will be declined.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted merchandise

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

  • Gift cards


Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • For your convenience, a pre‑paid return label can be generated through our Return Portal.

  • If you use our label, a flat $7 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping.

  • You may also return items using your own carrier at your own expense.

  • Original outbound shipping charges are non‑refundable.


Refunds

  • Eligible full‑price items will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Sale items (unless marked Final Sale) may be returned for store credit only.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for refund processing.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund or store credit is issued.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at clothique21@gmail.com.
We will provide a complimentary return label and issue a replacement or full refund.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
Please return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the desired size or color.


Return Process

  1. Visit our Return Portal (linked in your order confirmation or at the bottom of our website).

  2. Enter your order number and email to start the return.

  3. Select the item(s) and reason for return.

  4. Choose whether to use our pre‑paid label or your own shipping method.

  5. Once we receive and approve your return, you’ll be notified by email.
