ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please make sure all shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to guarantee changes after an order is placed.
SHIPPING
We offer domestic and international shipping. Domestic shipping is calculated at checkout and is free on qualifying orders over $50. Orders of $50 or less are subject to shipping fees. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the carrier. International shipping times vary by destination and carrier. International customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, scent-free, and have original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. At this time, exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us using the contact form below within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement if available or issue a refund. We will cover return shipping costs for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including credit cards, debit cards, and supported digital payment options. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. All transactions are securely processed, and we do not store your full payment information.
